Spiritual Growth Courses for Entrepreneurs (Live Services)

Our live services include interactive workshops and guided training sessions designed to support your personal and professional journey.

Digital Learning Materials (Info-Products)

Our digital materials include e-books, recorded sessions, and downloadable workbooks.

Branded Merchandise (Goods)

We offer branded items such as journals, apparel, and wellness tools.

Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of a service or delivery of products. We accept major credit and debit methods. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of access.

Refund Policy

Live Services

If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled start date, you may receive a full refund of the service fee. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the start date qualify for a 50% refund of the fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not refundable due to commitments to instructors and venue arrangements.

You may reschedule your participation once by notifying us at least 7 days before the original date. To submit a request, please use our contact form. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Digital Learning Materials

All digital materials are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital distribution, no refunds are provided once access is granted. If you experience issues with access or file integrity, please reach out via our contact form for assistance.

Branded Merchandise

Merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in original packaging. To initiate a send-back, complete the request through our contact form. Upon approval, we will issue a refund of the merchandise price, excluding any carrier charges, within 10 business days of receiving the item.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict provisions.
